Installing Zoom/Lucent Driver in Windows 2000

While I do not use Windows 2000, I do have it installed on my multi-boot system. Changing or upgrading drivers with this latest Microsoft operating system is a real challenge.

Windows 2K comes with Lucent driver version 5.41G.
